What tools do you work with?
Mostly what you already have: Gmail or Outlook, Google or Microsoft calendars, spreadsheets, forms and your booking or payment tools. I will tell you exactly what is needed in the plan.
Do I have to switch software?
Usually not. The goal is to add help to your current setup, not to rebuild it.
Can I keep approval over what goes out?
Yes. Most agents draft and wait for you. We only loosen that for low-risk messages you choose.
How do I know it is worth it?
