What do you actually do?
I set up AI assistants (agents) that take over repetitive admin work such as email sorting, scheduling, reminders, rosters, drafts and follow-ups. I connect them to tools you already use and show you how to work with them.
What is included in each service?
The free discovery call is 20 minutes to see if there is a fit. The strategy session ($250, 90 minutes) ends with a written plan listing which tasks to automate, with which tools, in what order, and what to expect. Done-for-you setup (from $1,500, typically $1,500 to $5,000) includes building the agents, testing them on your real work, written instructions and a hand-off session. Monthly support (from $200, up to $500) covers maintenance, fixes and small additions.
How long does setup take?
It depends on scope and how quickly access is granted. As a rough guide, a single focused agent can take one to two weeks, and a larger multi-agent setup three to six weeks. I give you a specific timeline in the quote.
Which tools do you use?
Whatever fits you. Common ones are Gmail or Outlook, Google or Microsoft calendars, Sheets or Excel, Docs or Word, forms, Stripe or other payment tools, and an AI assistant platform. I name the exact tools in your plan, and each one is billed by its own company, separate from my fees.
Is my data private?
I take privacy seriously, but no tool is risk-free. I use reputable tools, give agents only the access they need, and keep a person approving anything sensitive. I will explain in plain words what each tool can see before you agree, and you can say no to any access. See the privacy page for how this website handles information.
Will the AI send things without my approval?
Only if you want it to. Most agents draft and wait for you. We loosen that only for low-risk items you choose, such as confirming a message was received.
Do AI agents make mistakes?
Yes, sometimes. That is why drafts are reviewed by you and why I test on your real work before handing off. I will tell you what each agent is good at and where it needs a human.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use email, you can use what I build.
What if it does not work for us?
Then I will say so, ideally on the free call. If a paid engagement is not a fit, I will tell you rather than sell you more.
