I'm Sam House, in Los Angeles. I run a DJ business and I serve as a lodge Secretary. Both come with a lot of administration.

How this started

Booking inquiries, quotes, calendars, dues, minutes, notices and rosters add up fast, especially when they are on top of a day job and a few weekends of gigs. I stopped doing the repetitive parts by hand and started building AI agents to draft, sort and remind. They handle the grind. I read what they produce and approve what matters.

It works well enough that other people in the same spot asked how. House Agents is my answer: I set the same kind of thing up for you, on tools you already use, and I show you how to stay in control of it.

How I work

• Plain language. No jargon, and no pretending AI is magic.
• You approve. Agents draft. People send, unless you choose otherwise for low-risk things.
• Minimum access. Agents only see what the job needs. I explain what each tool can see before you agree.
• Honest about fit. If AI agents will not help your situation, I will tell you on the free call.

What this is not

House Agents is a new, small consulting practice. I am not going to show you invented client logos or testimonials. What I can show you is the setup I use to run my own work, and I can build the same kind of thing for yours.
