Do you handle anything secret or ritual?
No. This is for ordinary administration only: rosters, dues, notices, minutes of business and event logistics. Nothing ritual or private to the work ever needs to go into these tools.
Who sees our member information?
Only the tools we choose together, with the minimum access they need. I explain in plain words what each tool can see before you agree, and you decide what is shared at all. Many lodges start with a dues sheet and a calendar, nothing more.
Will it email members on its own?
Only if the lodge wants that. By default the agents draft and you approve, so the Secretary stays in control.
Is there a fraternal discount?
